Western Australian Sandstone Cladding

This project transformed the facade of a 1980s solid brown brick residential home to create a contemporary statement, as well as avoiding costly and lengthy invasive renovations. The beige tones of this particular sandstone from the Kimberley region represents a more homogenous colour palate without the striking purple and orange hues of the sandstone as seen at our current project in the Mandurah Canals. The cladding was laid in a random bond pattern using a combination of 600x300x20mm, 300x300x20mm, 300x150x20mm and 150x150x20mm tiles. Also note the use of decorative quoins on the cornerstones of the walls.
