Western Australian Sandstone Cladding Mandurah Canals
In this private residence Western Australian Sandstone from the Kimberley region is used extensively in varying formats. Pillar inserts are laid in a stack bond pattern, and a random bond pattern has been utilised for the pillars and walling. The walls have been capped with customised 600x300x40mm double bullnose and risers on the entrance and rear stairs are also clad with sandstone. The rich, bold colours of the sandstone contrast with the predominant subtle colour tones of the residence with striking effect.
